You gotta hear this one…

When I was at the police academy, my first day at the shooting range, the instructor asked me for the holster, on the right side or on the left side?

Now I am a lefty but back then, most things where made for righty. So I couldn’t cut anything with lefty scissors. And when I wrote on the black board, I could write with both hands. And you know that move they do in westerns with their hand pointing up as a gun and blowing and putting the gun back in the holster without missing a beat. Well I could do that move on both sides.

So I felt a little puzzled by that question.

I hadn’t thought about it.

What if it was the wrong decision?

Let me re-phrase it. I was so GIFTED I didn’t know which side to pick.

I know this resonates with you.

You are multi-talented.

You have learned to do a shit ton of things – with mastery.

And sometimes you ask yourself, what is your path? What you are “suppose” to do?

So let me be the first one to break it to you… through another story…

About 10 years ago a friend of mine suggest I went to see this guru – André Groleau – since I was a little lost (or a lot) I did.

There was something like 2-month waitlist and finally I took the 2 hour road-trip to live the experience.

And I am not sure what he did but here is what it looked like. Picture this. Detective me & the GURU. I am on the massage table. Wondering what I got myself into. (I always do – only now it’s my NORMAL!) He touched my knee with one hand and through my knee he could speak to my Soul. I had millions of questions for my Soul, I still do to this day.🙊

The question I wanted most answered was this one: “What am I supposed to teach?”

You can substitute with “What am I supposed to write, create? What am I supposed to bring to the world in my unique ways?“

The answer I received infuriated me.

But I want you to hear it.

I am sure it applies to you one way of another. 

“It doesn’t matter. What do YOU want to teach?”

And what I felt at that moment was deep frustration. I didn’t feel supported one bit. My Soul wasn’t even giving me direction.
It took me a while to connect the dots and get it.

The thing we all want FREEDOM AND we won’t give ourselves the FREEDOM.

Freedom IS the ultimate gift.

But WE have to CLAIM that FREEDOM.

It will not be given to us.

Freedom will ask of you that you make DECISION after DECISION.

Except that it starts with the FIRST ONE: The FREEDOM TO DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT AND GO FOR IT FREELY.

And of course… it became the foundation of my craft. ⇨ YOU CHOOSE. YOU DO YOU. YOUR WAY. ALWAYS AND FOREVER ACROSS ALL TIMES, SPACE, DIMENSIONS AND REALITIES.

And just in case you wonder, I picked the left side 😉

… because its cooler 😛
