Her answer was either going to give me hope or destroy the little self-confidence I had left. 🥹

That was 14 years ago.
I was sitting at her table and she was about to pull a card for me.

She asked me what I needed an answer to?
It had to be a yes/no question.

In typical Marie fashion, you don’t get no surface level conversations with me.
I went deep and asked what I most wanted to know…

Ever asked yourself that one? Maybe you still do…

The first thing about being ourselves is to not give our power away to anyone.
Under any circumstances.

The question is never: Will I succeed at … (fill in the blanks)? ❌

The question is
❤️ Will I put my focus and energy on it and remove all that is in the way of me succeeding?

And that, no divination expert can tell you.
What we know is: 🔜 if you choose to, it is yours.

The thing about being ourselves and expressing our truth is that we are the CREATORS. We create.

We DECIDE what we create.
No creator can EVER give its power away.
Not to a person, not to a tarot deck, not to a pendulum, not to anything. EVER.
The creator is SOVEREIGN.

But we can certainly take on suggestions
and see how that lands inside of ourselves
and how it merges with the wisdom we hold
and the truth we feel.

That’s how I mentor people.
You are sovereign. You know.
When you heart wants something, we go there.
We create the magik.
