See, beautiful Soul, maybe you have created was in writing, maybe it came out as a drawing.

The reason we first practice with a ballpoint pen is that when you begin, you may feel you are writing a lot and end up writing everything in the same 5milimiters!

I remember seeing my sister write. She was like a little bee with so much writen in that 3min. All on top of each other… The thing is, with a pencil, she would have thaught nothing had happened. The ballpoint is way more precise. It gives you more clarity.

If you started with a pencil at first, you may not put the right amount of pressure and miss the message.

You will familiarise yourself with the technique, you’ll be able to do it with any pen!

Keep going. Trust your senses. You are getting exactly what you need. You are simply not perceiving it just yet.

I know you didn’t get the answer that your mind can comprehend YET. You are DIVINE. On an energetic level, the energy was received. The signal was received. Only consciously you did not TRANSLATE it yet. Now let’s not judge that. Let’s celebrate that you received. If your arm moved, you received. The channel is open and it will keep on opening more and more. 

There are 2 elements to learn faster… 

NO 1 The JOY OF CREATION… The environment in which you do it. It’s all about the ambiance! Make sure your surroundings are nourishing you, nourishing your senses. Your most favorite smell, a candle, inspiring music – ideally instrumental until you rock at this, crystals…

No 2 PRACTICE. PRACTICE. PRACTICE.

What we hear, we have a tendency to forget.

What we see, we have a tendency to remember.

What we do, we tend to understand it. 

Great you found your edge! You found your upper limit. You found what is just outside your comfort zone. 

Now 2 things can happen. 

1 – You have no desire to build that skill you stop now. Which if you asked that question, I don’t believe is you. Why? Because you are a wanderlust, you are a traveler at heart, you are here to explore yourself and get the magik out of you. And that is outside your EDGE. Only ALWAYS. Which means option #2 is yours. 

2 – You wanna go to the other side. And you acknowledge that the greater the resistance, the greater the gift on the other side. 

P.S. The only way it is not working is if you are not open to it, if you deliberately choose that it doesn’t work –

We are by-passing the mind. It may not make sense. Great. If you want magik in your life, we are gonna HAVE to make space for the unknown, the unpredictable, the learning curve. You are exactly where you are meant to be. 

We are wanderlust – in never traveled before places. It may feel uncomfortable. That’s where magik is. 

I know you want instant win. Maybe you got it. Maybe you didn’t receive it. It took me 14 days straight of doing 3x 3min every single night. And it clicked. My mom, she got it the first day.

Here is what I wanna say… you can by-pass this practice and go for listening but here is how this practice has served me over and over again. I am here to tell you my experience so you can create yours. I am from the wolf medicine lineage. 

There are no rules BUT when you learn the true essence of this practice as I have thought it for you, anytime your mind gets in the way, you have a practice to come back to your body, to see if that is really the truth. MY mind says that but my pen is not moving… I can ALWAYS trust in how my body is moved.

Choose who you desire to connect with. Be specific. You want to talk to your dog. Please go ahead. A dragonfly just landed on your hand? Oh why is she in your world today?

Source. Sure. A deceased one. Absolutely. Dragons and fairies. Heck yes. 

Want something a little wicked… Sure try doint the ritual with the other hand. You’ll see a different perspective.

When you read your answer, how does it feel? 

Whether it is your ego or Spirit or the squirrel going through your backyard, we don’t give a shit. What matters is: Does it feel good? Does it feel right? Is it soothing to my spirit? 

In the beginning, I doubted. It just looked too smart to be real. And I wondered if I was completely bullshiting myself. And so I challenged my Spirit team. Please give me a parable. Since I set a three minute timer, I knew I could not come up with a parable in 3 min so if I received it, it was Spirit.

Got it.

Never doubted since.

The thing is, we don’t really care the origin if it is aligned with you, it feels right and obviously is in service.

Here is when it may get tricky for you. 

It took me 14 days to finally make this practice work for me. On the 15th day, I discovered I could hear what was written.

So I made a promise to myself… Anytime I would doubt, I would not write a single word without first having an impulse from my body.

If the pen is not moving with the same word my mind is going, then I know I am not letting Spirit through. 

Remember, if it doesn’t feel right, you can always STOP the practice and return to LOVE and GRATITUDE.

You are a SOVEREIGN being. You LEAD. You DECIDE. You can be really firm in the energy you are inviting in. It’s your birth right.

For me, asking a question, it is a given that the answer will be for the highest good of all. It’s implied in my connection because this is how I have intended to live my life.

I do not need protection. I am divine.

AND simultaneously this makes me think of rabbit medicine with its ears perked up right frozen. IT ATTRACTS ATTENTION because of the FEAR. When you demand protection, it implies a part of you believe it is not safe…

I believe my body is the safest place to be and my best indicator. If things feel off. I stop. And cleanse my energy. 

You can wrap yourself in golden white light before the ritual. You can invite your spirit team. You can invite dragons to protect you.

When I first learned 15 years ago, we did invoque archangels for protection. But now, in my life, I have decided it is a given. I am always protected and if things don’t feel right, I’ll just stop. No biggy and return to love. 

You can have a candle burning. You can sage the place before hand. You can have your crystals such as labradorite, black tourmaline, selenite beside you.

You do what feel right to you, that’s all that matters! 

You are a wisdom well. The answers are in you. And they will come in layers simply because you will understand more and more as you go… you will expand and get the same thing on an entire other level. 

I know you think you are not receiving answers. And on a conscious level it is true. Your senses didn’t receive the answer and translated it into something that you could understand YET. That’s the thing. You did receive the answer. It just hasn’t computed yet. We are refining your senses. You are playing with your senses, opening up to a new way of doing things, of course it requires practice. 

Keep going. It is coming. I know this because you have decided it will. And so it will. You are the CREATOR of your life. 

Yes. 

AND

You can choose to expand your way of doing things and open up to your other senses.

See you can choose to just use your 2 ears. But you were also given 2 eyes, 1 nose, 1 mouth, a gut, tons of body hair… 

Just saying…

Connecting to someone’s Soul who is alive without their explicit permission. That’s spiritual rape. I know quite the violent word but I want to make it real clear. This practice is for you and for those who gave you permission.

Anyhow, this practice is about you. Got it?

You change you and the world around you changes. That’s how POWERFUL you are.
